Received unauthorized $39.90 charge in April 2026, submitted fraud claim with Bank of American, charge cancelled, now received two more $39.90 charges April and May, tried to call, this is a scam!
In April 2026 received unauthorized $39.90 charge, reported to Bank of America Fraud Dept. on my Visa, charge was canceled.
In April and May received two more $39.90 unauthorized charges. Tried to call them, doesn't work, will try and email, if no help or contact will again contact Bank of America, this company is a scam, don't use them!

How can you charge 16.95 for checking my credit scores when your title is saying we check your scores for free? And of course, signing up with your company will not impact my score because you don't have the authority to impact my score at all. So, from the very beginning of my relationship with this company, I have come to the conclusion that this company is shady.
